Open a conversation
Go to Messages in the sidebar, or choose Message on a contact, that jumps you straight into a thread with them.

Send messages and reactions
Type and send like any messenger. React to messages and watch delivery status (queued, sent, or failed).

Start a group
Click + New in the bottom right to open the New conversation window, type a name to search, and add two or more contacts, then click Start conversation. Everyone can read and post; the creator manages membership.
