This walkthrough creates a task on Scheduled Tasks. To pause, edit, run one now, or ask for a task in Chat, see Scheduled Tasks.

Open Scheduled Tasks

Click Scheduled Tasks in the left sidebar.

Start a new task

Click New Task. Create scheduled task opens.

Name it and write the prompt

Fill in Name and Prompt. For example, name it Morning brief and write a short prompt you want the Persona to run.

Pick a Persona

Choose a Persona. It starts on Auto, which decides the tools when the task runs.

Choose when it runs

Under Schedule, set Repeats to Daily, then pick a time under Runs at.

Create it

Click Create task. The task appears under Upcoming with its next run.
You can also ask in Chat, such as “remind me every morning”, then click Open Scheduled tasks on the reply. See Create a task from chat.
Keep webAI open when a task is due. Tasks do not run while webAI is closed.
